The contemporary challenges of the globalising world create an opportunity for new re-valuations in political and social milieus. The change in present paradigms is becoming an activation field for the solutions exceeding the set schemes. Diplomacy, as a network exchanging ideas and views, has to adapt to this new reality, which is a challenge for all trends. The tools used for this adaptation are still in the process of creation, being an initiation of a new form of diplomatic relations. The analysis of their creation, their new fulfillment will be done by means of seminars, workshops, publications and evaluations, which will thus ring the theory of study closer to the image of reality.
