The Foundation has been founded by Profesor Marian Wilk, leading expert in international issues, Russian studies in particular. The main idea was to create a Centre group , schoolars, politicians, juridical and private persons, and those who identify themselves with peace ideas, building a citizen society, mutual tolerance, respecting ethnic and cultural differences as well as other people's philosophy of life.

     The Foundation asan expression of it mission has chsen an international dialogue it as the key to peace and tolerance. Its continuation is a dialogue based on diplomatic rules as the most uitable form of the Foundation's mission.

     The founder is full of hope that the accomplishment of the above programme will result in a better understanding of the factual dimension of international cooperation between countries, nations and individuals.
