The realization of this program will begin with achieving a cubature of reserve space to constitute a basis for future collections. This project would be composed of the library segment, the reading room, the segment of media presentation consisting of the press bulletin reserve - the place for presentation of interesting materials being the outcome of foundation's activity, as well as of the Internet site constituting a current forum for the socio-political news, the place to exchange views and commentaries.
