Presenting the significance of function of informal, social and cultural diplomacy is a development of contemporary trends in changes in the present-day reality. In a dimension of diplomacy connected with new subjects of international relations, such as trans-national corporations, supranational associations, new churches, political and economical unions, regional agreements or non-governmental international organizations, those institutions are the contemporary participants of international relations. The project deals with studying the forms of their activity, the scale of interrelations and the rules of cooperation.
